Discerning travelers will now be able to savor even more glorious creations of Chef Keller’s at his new signature restaurant, which will debut in May 2016 on the 450-guest Seabourn Quest. The yet unnamed dining venue will serve his award-winning French and American cuisine incorporating new flavors and flair to Seabourn’s already highly acclaimed repertoire.
An exciting spectrum of spectacular dishes ranging from first courses and incredible entrees to decadent desserts will be served. All menus will be prepared with the highest level of care and quality which Seabourn guests have come to expect. Subsequently Chef Keller’s restaurant will be featured fleetwide, including the new Seabourn Encore and Seabourn Ovation, arriving in 2018.
Some of Chef Keller’s gourmet treasures already delighting Seabourn’s guests include scrumptious Buckwheat “Gnocchi” with tamari glazed shiitake mushrooms, golden beets, savoy cabbage and yuzu. Palate-pleasing desserts may include Champagne and Granny Smith Apple Trifle with Crème Chantilly.
