The Regatta, Insignia and Nautica all feature four distinctive restaurants while the Marina boasts six. Each and every restaurant has an open seating policy which gives you the freedom to sit where you choose and to dine at your own pace. Simply request a table, when you are ready, and the maître d’ will see to your wishes.

Oceania Cruises has six eateries. Toscana captures the essence of Tuscany. This 90-seat restaurant offers savory gourmet cuisine that reflects the very best of Italy which you can sample while enjoying the floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the sea and sky. Waves is the ultimate in poolside dining. Serving a selection of grilled items as well as traditional barbecue, salads, sandwiches and home-made ice cream, Waves will quickly become your favorite lunchtime spot. The Terrace Café offers ever changing breakfast and lunch buffets. Dining indoors or outdoors is an option when dining there. The Polo Grill serves the finest cuts of dry-aged prime beef, chops and fresh seafood. Serving only 96 guests at a time, you’ll dine with a warm intimate feeling in its elegant furnishings. The Grand Dining Room is topped with a dramatic, domed ceiling that is adorned with a hand-painted fresco, reminiscent of a classic European, 5-star hotel restaurant. With tuxedo-clad servers bringing six-courses to the tune of a classical string quartet or concert pianist, The Grand Dining Room serves American-inspired Continental cuisine.

If you’re looking for lighter fare be sure to enjoy Tapas on the Terrace. Every evening, the alfresco dining area of the Terrace Café becomes a sumptuous buffet. It’s the perfect time to enjoy dining under the stars, specialty cocktails, and a diverse menu of authentic tapas, paellas and other flavorful regional specialties from Spain and the surrounding Mediterranean. The tapas buffet offers prepared entrees, salads, soups, a carvery and delicious desserts. If you prefer something more classic, enjoy Afternoon Tea. Listen to a classical string quartet while you dine on finger sandwiches, petit fours, scones and decadent desserts from various pastry carts.

Chefs aboard the Oceania fleet create thousands of dishes throughout the year, each showcasing their phenomenal talents. The menus are prepared with the utmost care.
